3800 Oceanfront, Inc. was designed by R.J. Kenney Associates, Inc. and constructed in 1975 and has been maintained well by its Condominium Association. In the recent years, the building underwent several extensive renovation an rejuvenating projects that replaced the exterior envelope of the building with EIFS and updated the Pool Deck as well as some of the common areas like the Owners Lounge in 2018 and 2019. From 2023 through 2025, the community underwent additional renovations and replaced the roof with a modern and sophisticated roofing system, replaced the domestic water pump and completely overhauled the swimming pool on the pool deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The Association continues the trend of proactive maintenance by addressing several different elements within the building this and the following years. In 2025 alone, the Association is looking to finish several more comprehensive maintenance projects pertaining to the common elements of the building.

1. Is 3800 FHA or VA approved?

   • ​​3800 Oceanfront is NOT VA approved (000851) and not FHA approved. The Board is not currently pursuing either. 

2. Does 3800 Oceanfront Inc permit short term condo rentals?

   • No. Airbnb, VRBO, or similar short-term rentals, are prohibited at 3800 Oceanfront. 

3. What is the minimum amount of time a unit can be rented?

   • A unit can be leased for a minimum of 180 days and a lease has to be on file with the Condominium Association. ​

4. Are there any units for rent or for sale?

   • Your best bet is to speak to a realtor. The owners of 3800 Oceanfront manage the sale or leasing of their units independently and are not required to involve the association. In most cases we do not know until the process has already begun.​
