3800 Oceanfront Guest Rules
Dear Guests,
Welcome to 3800 Oceanfront. Please be cognizant that this is our home and not a beach resort. Your courtesy is appreciated during your stay.
1. If you have any concerns or problems, feel free to contact Eva Bayer, the Association Manager, or the Front Desk staff after hours. The Front Desk phone number is 757-425-3800.
2. All guests must complete a Guest Registration Form and sign in with the front desk prior to their stay at 3800. This can be done upon arrival. If you would like to submit the registration in advance, please fill out the form below or click on THIS LINK.
3. Parking spaces for guests are assigned by the Front Desk staff; please ensure your parking permit is visible. If the vehicle is not registered with the Front Desk or no parking pass is displayed, the car will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. If you arrive after hours, please follow up with the Front Desk in the morning to obtain a parking pass. The Front desk is staffed from 8 a.m. until midnight.
4. Family members and Guests under 14 must be accompanied by an adult in all Common areas, including the pool or on the pool deck.
5. Cover-ups and footwear are always required in the lobby.
6. Shower off beach sand when leaving the beach and before returning to the building or pool.
7. Wet floors are dangerous, so we ask that swimmers dry off before entering the building.
8. Balconies shall not be used for drying laundry or towels or feeding birds.
9. All trash must be secured in a closed bag or container before dropping into the trash chute, so that the trash does not get stuck in the chute or dispersed in the dumpster room.
10. Comply with the Pool Rules. Owners will be held responsible for their guests' conduct. Jumping and diving into the pool is not allowed. The pool rules are posted well visible on the pool deck.
11. No guests shall be allowed to bring pets into the condominium building unless the pets are owned by a unit owner or permanent resident.
12. Beach chairs, shoes, sandals, beach toys, boogie boards, etc. are not to be placed in the hallways. This is a City of Virginia Beach Fire Code Violation.
Failure to respect and follow any of these rules by visitors and guest may result into citations and possible fines for the unit owner.
